meaning of dreams: alone in a dark

I had a dream I was alone in a dark place and could not get out...I was wandering around helplessly for a while and then I heard a guys voice. I can't remember what he was saying to me, but it was comforting and he guided my way out. I know this guy, he's a close friend/neighbor and was just wondering if that meant I had huge feelings for him or what?
