meaning of dreams debate

I am soon to be debating in a class whether there is such thing as an external reality. I don't know what side I will argue for yet I know accounts of dreams will be pertinent. Do you have any knowledge of accounts of people waking up from a dream only to enter another dream? Also do know of any accounts of people remembering a history of events exclusive to a particular dream, i.e. a job or house one has never lived in waking life yet is entirely familiar and has an involved history and set of memories within the dream. I have dreamt these things before and know others who have yet I need an actual acount for my debate. If you can help or know someone who could I would be most grateful. Thank You
