meaning of dreams: hospital

i had a dream in where i think i worked in a hospital. while i was on a
break, a guy that was supposed to be watching the patient had took her
into surgery without anybody's permission, giving her a chin job, boob
job, and a calf job. i was furious and went to the head person and told
on. the guy who gave the surgery illegally. he just changed his clothes
and was like smirking at us. a guy that i know, brian, and a whole bunch
of people got into a fight, physcially. and then we called 911 and he was
strapped into the cot and was thrown down the stairs. later we told the
patient that we are sorry, he was not suppose to do that. but we talked
to another professional plastic surgeon and he is willing to give your
plastic surgery for free. then for some reason the patient, who i knew
was an older lady suddenly became a child, and i suddenly had to tell
the patient's mom. i was scared but explained the situation. and her mom
turned out to be my grandma?! and i explained to the mom how i knew
that guy for two years but it had all been an act, and how i have been
deceived.
