pregnant dream meaning analysis

My dream started out that I was sitting in a bright yellow room rubbing my pregnant belly. Then I have a flash back to the previous year. I was pregnant then too, and after giving birth to the little boy with blond hair and blue eyes, they took him away from me and he was put up for adoption before I could even hold him. Then it goes back to present time and I go into labor. This time they try to take my baby again(also a son with blue eyes and blond hair) but I don't let them. After taking him home, I have nothing ready for him so I have to make him a bed out of an empty dresser draw. We end up falling asleep with no problems.
