meaning of dreams: vivid

This was my dream the only vivid part i remember.Everyone i knew including my mother was sick and in the hospital with this flu that was caused by i think birds, at first we thought it was something in the cereal my mom ate.but then i came down with it because i kept finding duck and geese necks sticking out of my stomach and i would go down to the lake and pull them out and throw them in the lake. (bizzare huh!) It didn't hurt that much though. then after several episodes of going to the lake and finding these necks sticking out of my stomach i came down with the sickness and was in the hospital and felt very nauseous and threw up everywhere.The end

vivid and weird random dream

So last night i had a very vivid and weird random dream. It started out with me holding a very small newborn im not sure if it was my child or not but i have two friends who recently just had babies also. Then i was in school with some of my old friends and then i saw the person i used to be madly in love with and i was following him around the whole time. After all that i was at my house and i looked out my back door and my patio was flooded with water 5 minutes later i look and the water is entering my house and its very high. I tried rounding up all my animals but they sat there as if nothing was wrong i do not know what this means.
