meaning of dreams vampires

my freind dreamnt that there was vampires all around her, bodies was scatered in bags all around...then one of her ex colleques came to her with a bloody mouth and told her to suck his blood of his finger she was scared but as soon as she started she started to do it in a very sexual why....she is really botherde by this...what can it mean??
