interpreting my dream

so my dream began two months ago in october, i began having dreams of a man hanging in my living room i couldnt see him but got the feeling he couldnt breathe. i had the dream up until around nov 15-17. my best friend who is a male ended up gettin swine flu he was admitted to icu nov 20 no more dreams he passed away dec. 6th. now i have dreams that feel so real that i can feel the warmth of his body i feel him gettin in bed with me or just watching me sleep. ive had these dreams since a week before he passed. can you please help me i dont know where to turn.
