meaning of lunch in a dream

i dreamt about having lunch with someone whom i used to have a crush on. we were eating pasta at this posh restaurant. the boy was someone whom i used to have feelings for a few months back and we even went out despite the fact that both of us are in a relationship. during the time that we went out, we never really entertained the thought of our feelings for each other although during that time, he held my hands for the entire evening. in my dream, while we were eating, my boyfriend was waiting at some other place and he doesn't even know that the boy whom i used to have feelings on and me are together.
