meaning of dreams hospital

I separated five ago with my girlfriend who was cheating. She has continously sent me messages indicating she was a changed person but i do not believe her. Last night i had a dream in which she fell sick while we were in bed but i was too tired to wake up and help. She called up paramedics who send her to an ill maintained public hospital with inexperienced medics. She died. I was devastated. What does that mean

I know for a fact she is deeply scared about losing me and her family is terribly concerned about her well being and wish i could take her back. They say i brought out the best in her.
